Traps, toxicants, fumigants and most other ways to encourage voles to move onto the next property can be dangerous around family, guests, pets and other welcome visitors. The safest and most natural method we have found to control vole damage is to plant root guard mycortab tablets. Plant one tablet next to the root system or just below the base of plants that the voles are damaging. The tablets will not only fertilize the plants for up to 2 years, but they will impart a bitter taste absorbed through the roots.
