Pre‑Order Now: Add Late‑Season Drama with Aster ‘Grape Crush’!
Pre‑Order Now until April 1st! Orders are currently scheduled to ship April 2026.
Aster novae‑angliae ‘Grape Crush’ is a compact, upright New England aster that explodes with rich, grape‑purple blooms in late summer and fall. Its dense habit and saturated color make it a standout pollinator magnet during the season when gardens need it most.
Key Features:
- Masses of deep grape‑purple daisy‑like flowers
- Compact, upright habit—no flopping
- Late‑season pollinator powerhouse
- Deer resistant
- Excellent fall color impact
- Hardy in zones 3–8
Growing Conditions:
Plant in full sun with well‑drained soil. Asters appreciate consistent moisture but dislike soggy conditions. Cut back in early summer for an even bushier habit if desired.
Landscape Uses:
Ideal for fall borders, pollinator gardens, cottage gardens, and mixed perennial beds. Pairs beautifully with ornamental grasses and autumn bloomers.
