Clematis Sweet Summer Love Vines - 

Sweet Summer Love Clematis is our newest fragrant flowering vine. A long blooming vine clematis, the Sweet Summer Love blooms with cranberry to violet star like flowers beginning in July (for the midwest and northeast) until mid September. 

The Sweet Summer Love is from award-winning clematis breeder Szczepan Marczyski of Poland. 

As with other clematis, the Sweet Summer Love is deer resistant. Give this flowering vine a serious pruning in fall to early spring as it blooms on new wood. This deciduous vine grows beautifully in trellised containers or staked garden areas. Clematis prefer moist, yet well-drained soil. Plant in full sun and space approximately 6 to 10 feet apart.
