The following states have agricultural regulations that restrict container plants with soil: CA, AZ, OR, HI, and AK. For these states all plants will be taken out of containers, the soil shaken off of the roots, and then roots dipped in water retention gel, then wrapped with moist medium and packaged to insure fresh and live delivery. Growing Tips:

Blooms mid-summer. Grows in any soil unless it is either very dry or very wet. Prune in late fall or early spring. Can be heavily pruned. Prefers medium moisture. Deciduous shrub. Fertilizer in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs. Follow the label for recommended rate of application. Hibiscus Blue Chiffon ™ is a star in the landscape use as hedges, screens, perennial or shrub borders, specimen and containers.


Strong growing plants with lots of large, brightly colored blooms, the CHIFFON™ hibiscus series are clearly superior to most other varieties and much more vigorous than older varieties.
