Lamb's Ears will prefer the full to part sun area of your garden and each Lamb's Ears plant will grow approximately 2 feet tall with a 1 to 3 foot spread. While they are considered to be evergreen perennials, they do die back to the ground in cold winters only to re-emerge again the following spring. Here in zone 7, they die back most winters.

Hot, humid temperatures will cause your Lamb's Ears plants to become stressed. Also, do not plant in excessively wet or watered areas. While their botanical name is Stachys byzantania, they are commonly called, Lamb's Ears.
