Description

Ajuga reptans β€˜Mahogany’ (Mahogany Bugleweed)
Mahogany Bugleweed is a striking, fast‑spreading groundcover that solves the problem of bare, shaded areas where color and texture are often lacking. Its deep mahogany foliage appears almost black, creating dramatic contrast in low‑light spaces. Blue flower spikes rise above the leaves from late spring into early summer, adding seasonal interest. This semi‑evergreen to evergreen variety thrives in poor soils, deep shade, and low‑maintenance landscapes.
