Cryptomeria japonica Radicans

A fast growing evergreen tree, the Cryptomeria japonica Radicans is a more compact denser growing specimen than the Cryptomeria Yoshino generally spreading 15 to 20 feet wide. While the height is in the 20 to 30 foot range, over time it could reach as tall as 45 to 50 feet. The Radicans also keeps its blue green color in winter with less bronzing that many other Japanese cedars.

Radicans Cryptomeria perfers well draining soil in full sun. Easy to grow tree. Great choice for patio or deck privacy. Fast growing hedge tree for privacy.
