Spring Flowering Buttonbush Blooming In My Garden

I can't believe how long my button bush shrub is blooming. This spring flowering shrub blooms early spring. A few weekends ago, when I was working in my garden doing some cleanup, I noticed how it had begun to flower out. Then the following week, I saw it again and it had doubled in flowers. This unusual flowering shrub is a fun addition to the garden. Actually, Steve had to convince me to let him plant them (we have 2) and I'm so glad he did. They're gorgeous!
