Magnolia Ann, is one of the ‘Little Girl Hybrid Series’ of magnolias that blossoms in late spring with beautifully ornate wine glassed shaped blooms. You’ll relish Magnolia Ann’s deep colored, delicate cut flowers that cover the tree and followed by a dark green, almost iridescent foliage that holds its color until the late part of autumn. It was developed by USDA to bloom in late spring so as to avoid any late frost damage.

When you're looking for a magnolia to fit in a small landscape, the Magnolia Ann is your specimen. It grows to 10 foot in height with a 10 foot wide spread. Magnolias do not tolerate wet feet so grow in a well drained soil.
