Cotoneaster Coral Beauty, Cotoneaster suecicus - Coral Beauty . The Cotoneaster Coral Beauty is an evergreen groundcover that greets your spring with a profusion of 1/2 inch starry white blooms, followed by coral-red round fruits that appear in autumn and remain well into winter, brilliant against the small, finely-textured evergreen foliage. Cotoneaster Coral Beauty is easy to grow, long-lived and compact in habit.

The Cotoneaster Coral Beauty reaches to a height of  2-3 feet high and spreads up to 6 feet across, spreading rapidly in full sun or light shade. Cotoneaster Coral Beauty is a care-free plant that is drought-tolerant, wind-resistant and it thrives in either moist or dry soil, its glossy foliage scrambling across bare banks or through rock gardens. It’s nearly ¼ inch fruits really bring in the song-birds and help to liven up those periods when the garden is no longer in bloom. The fruiting stems can also be cut and used in winter indoor flower arrangements and decoration. Evergreen groundcover. Full sun or partial shade. Fast grower 2 - 3 feet tall, up to 6 feet wide.

Care Instructions:

Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. Provide well drained soil, rich in organic matter. Feed with an acid fertilizer after bloom. Keep roots cool with a thick layer of mulch.
