Hypericum "Blue Velvet" St. John's Wort is a hypericum cultivar with its attractive blue velvet aromatic leaves that fill the garden with their beautiful scent. The Blue Velvet Hypericum compact flowering shrub is covered with golden-yellow flowers from June through September against a blue-hued background.
Its late season display of bright red berries on the Blue Velvet Hypericum and star like calyxes make it a autumn delight for any small yard. It grows to a height of 3 foot by 2 foot wide in full sun.
Can be used as a specimen, hedge, or in mass planting. Another great plant found only in the best garden centers.
