Greenwood Nursery warrants that the GSP seedlings are in superior condition and healthy when shipped. Replacements can be made for 50% of current member pricing plus shipping and handling charges. Greenwood Nursery must be notified by July 31st to schedule for fall.

NOTE:Customer may be required to send dead trees to Greenwood for verification.

Planting GSP seedlings without the benefit of tree protectors, mycorrhizae and time-release fertilizer (i.e., without the Package) invalidates this warranty. You need not purchase these items from Greenwood Nursery, but if there is a problem and you file a claim for replacement, you must have proof (e.g., invoices) that you used such items in your plantation. Orders subject to availability. Prices subject to change without prior notice but not after order has been placed. A 25% deposit is required to hold trees. In case of cancellation, 15% will be refunded. Since trees are grown for customer, the entire deposit cannot be refunded. No refunds will be made after trees are shipped. Greenwood makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of any type. Product is furnished as is. In no event shall Greenwood be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages.
