Prunus subhirtella 'Autumnalis' - Rosebud or Winter Cherry
A gorgeous deciduous tree with a lovely spreading habit and dark green leaves which turn yellow in autumn. During mild spells in October through to March, the branches are smothered in dark pink blossom. A wonderful choice for the smaller garden and where space is limited.
As the name suggests, the autumn flowering cherry blooms during an unusual season. The blossoms start to open in autumn and the trees are in relative full bloom around January/February, making it a perfect tree for the winter garden.
Very hardy in zones 5 to 8.
Field Grown, 4-6 foot Huskies. These trees are transplanted, staked, and field-grown for 2 years. They are professionally trimmed, and ready to transplant to a permanent location.
Ships: fall and spring.

Trees are at their most vulnerable in the first two years of their life. They must fend off deer, rodents and insects... survive drought and extreme temperatures... compete with weeds and other plants for nutrients... and more.

Prunus 'Okame' - One of the earliest of the flowering cherries, its carmine-pink petals, with rose-red calyx and reddish flower stalks, open fully before leaf break. It has very consistent year-to-year blooming.
