• 1. If any part of your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, let me know immediately. YOU MUST keep all boxing and plants/products until you hear back from the nursery on how to proceed. Failure to do this will void the guarantee. UPS has one week from date of notification to pick up damaged shipments.
• 2. If any plant dies during its first planting season, we will gladly replace it. You pay only 50% of current member pricing, plus actual boxing/UPS shipping charge. However, we must be notified by email or snailmail and receive pictures by July 15th. Otherwise, this claim cannot be honored.
• 3. If any plant dies within twelve months from the date of purchase, you may request a replacement within those 12 months and pay only 50% of current member pricing, plus boxing/UPS charge which can vary according to weight and size of box. Pictures may be emailed or sent snailmail to us during that period.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Our guarantee is void when customer orders plants not listed for their growing zone or requests shipping outside our recommended shipping times.  Planting instructions are provided for our customers failure to follow these recommended instructions voids our guarantee. 
• Plants purchased through end of season mark down sales are not subject to our normal guarantee as we can only guarantee to ship live, healthy plants at that time. Shipping in June and July can be stressful on plants and they can go through severe heat during transit and arrive in less than wonderful condition, which is why we cannot guarantee plants to arrive alive and ready for planting.

Our office processes orders the week before shipping. Changes can be made to orders up to that time. Once orders have been processed for shipping, there will be a $5.00 charge on cancellations due to the charges and fees issued by the credit card companies. If the customer has a change of mind once an order ships and returns the order, we will refund the amount of the order less UPS and boxing charges. Any shipping charge is non-refundable and will be applied to those which receive free shipping on returns, etc. Whether shipping through UPS, Fedex, post office or other carrier, charges are becoming astronomical and often a large portion of the cost of an item. When we ship an order out, the carrier is paid as well as box and supply charges are incurred. Customer will reimbursed Greenwood Nursery on these charges as well as credit card cancellation fees when an order is cancelled after shipping, refuse a shipment or returns an order.
