Like-a-Latte Crape Myrtle - Dwarf Flowering Shrubs

The Lagerstroemia 'Like-a-Latte' is one of the Barista Collection of Crapemyrtles. This dwarf crape myrtle is big on landscape value. The Like-a-Latte Crape Myrtle begins in mid to late summer with huge copper buds that open to pure white flowers against dark green foliage with burgundy veining continuing on to fall.

Plant your new Crape Myrtle Like a Latte in well drained soil in full sun. Grows 1.5 to 2 feet tall with a spread of 2 to 2.5 feet wide. This lagerstroemia blooms on new wood. Prune in early spring for best flowering. Deer resistant shrubsDrought tolerant once established. 

The Like-a-Latte has proven to be hardy in the North. In trails, this crape myrtle survived 3 years in the zone 6 winter of Western Michigan. A Walters Gardens introduction.
